Amelia’s Garden, a 1.3 acre memorial park, was built to provide a location for positive recreational alternatives in memory of Albert Ferst’s wife, Amelia. Throughout the garden, one can find 64 beds blooming with a variety of annual plants, a fountain, a gazebo, and a waterfall, to name a few.
MISSION: The mission of the Amelia Park Garden is to welcome the public to enjoy the flowers and beauty in memorial of a wonderful woman, Amelia Ferst.
5/1/2016 – Amelia’s Garden is open during Business Hours during the week, and until dusk on Wednesday and Thursday. The garden is open on select Weekend dates. Please call ahead for schedule at 413-568-2503.

GARDEN POLICY: As long as the garden gates are open, people are welcome to enjoy the garden, however, we ask that if you want photos to take place in the garden you book a time through the Ice Arena. Click here for our Wedding and Photo Policy, effective 3/25/15.
In addition to being a wonderful place to relax and enjoy an afternoon, Amelia’s Garden also hosts a variety of special events. The most popular event is Musical Moments, which takes place on Tuesday nights in the summer.
